AgentsWorkshop → V-E
New chapter: graphs, ontologies & context for agents
Hey👋 Andrew here
You’re getting this because some time ago you subscribed to AgentsWorkshop.
Quick heads up: the newsletter is pivoting.
What changed
For the recent 8 months I’ve been locked-in on
building graph DBs as context/memory layer for AI agents.
In February I shipped Nanograph: on-device graph database inspired by DuckDB:
Then I joined ModernRelay and we shipped Omnigraph
Powerful lake-house graph db designed from first principles for agents.
Here is the breakdown by Neo Kim:
All my thinking is now centered around graphs.
That’s why AgentsWorkshop → V-E
V-E means Vertices & Edges.
Every graph is G = (V, E).
From here it’s all about:
ontologies
data engineering
graph databases
context graphs
company brains
graph viz tools & IDEs
network analysis
semantic layers
graphRAG
knowledge bases
LLM wikis
Upcoming issues
Full Omnigraph breakdown + case studies
SPIKE-ontology for industry intel
Orbit: powerful graph viz tool + real applications
Knowledge graphs foundations: 3 books
Building personal concept graph
I’m super excited for this new chapter!
Stay tuned - first issue is out tomorrow📡
